Photo Essay: Anonymous Girl

This photography essay was inspired by a journal entry from the Book "Salvaged Pages; Anonymous Girl". A young unidentified girl recorded the rations her family received while living in the Lodz Ghetto from February to March of 1942. She focused primarily on her family life, food and day to day experiences. The Lodz Ghetto in Poland was a 'provisional dwelling' for the Jews after a series of expulsions, completely segregated from the surrounding population. It was considered a major ghetto where hunger, starvation and death were rampant due to malnutrition.

Gen X Podcast

Amazing hosts Nicole and Brian asked me to join for an afternoon , filled with laughter and reflection as we reminisced about the years gone by. We also took time to revisit more serious moments and discuss how we navigated them “back in the day.” I’m grateful for the opportunity to share stories, gain perspective, and take part in such an eye-opening experience.

A small yet very fun podcast with the amazing @genx.adulting on all things growing up in the 90’s.
